Marketing Specialist

IKH is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions company operating internationally. Within just a couple of years, our team grew up more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2024 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in the development of the company’s marketing and communication efforts to establish the Group’s position as a leader in the new era technologies, presenting at the same time the unique working environment IKH Group and its companies offer.  

Collaborating closely with fascinating cross-functional teams and people from our product development, sales and HR as well as with external partners like creative agencies and media, the aim of the role is to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to the company’s growth in terms of sales and of brand value.

The position includes the following key communication project management areas, and it reports to the Chief Commercial Officer. Acting as the main “liaison” for all the Group companies you will be:

  1. Managing data-driven marketing campaigns, that promote IKH Group, its companies, services and products as well as the Group’s culture.
  2.  Supporting the Sales Dept, acting as the liaison point for the Group’s companies on any co- marketing and communication actions that is part of the sales efforts and managing all the necessary actions required.
  3. Managing the Group’s internal communication needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and email. Track and optimize performance to generate leads and drive conversions.
  • Content Development: Create compelling content for blogs, whitepapers, case studies, product descriptions, landing pages, and marketing collateral that highlights the technical features and benefits of the company’s solutions.
  • SEO & Website Management: Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance the company’s online visibility. Regularly update website content, ensuring it’s optimized for search engines and user experience.
  • Product Marketing: Work closely with the product development team to understand new features and functionalities of the company’s software or tech products. Create go-to-market strategies, product launches, and detailed messaging tailored to target customers.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies. Use insights to adjust marketing tactics and differentiate the company’s offerings
  • Event Marketing: Assist in planning and promoting webinars, virtual events, and tech conferences where the company’s products and services can be showcased.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on key metrics such as campaign performance, conversion rates, website traffic, and ROI. Use data insights to continuously improve marketing efforts

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a tech or software company.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, SEO, social media).
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, with a focus on technical products.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
  • Experience with B2B marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into marketing messages.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B marketing in the tech sector.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for website management.
  • Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) marketing or tech product marketing.
  • Familiarity with web development tools such as HTML/CSS is a plus.
