We prioritize trust with our Illumineers, while driving value for our people, our customers, and our stakeholders.Your Impact:• Partner with our Engineering leadership and serve as a subject matter expert around talent for teams by understanding hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements• Create and execute search strategies to source active & passive candidates through industry research, networking, cold calling, and complex internet searches• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruiting process with a high level of integrity, attention to detail and proactive communication• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives• Negotiate with the selected candidate on salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.Your Toolkit:• 10+ years of technical Recruitment experience• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.• Successful track record of achieving targets such as deadlines, KPIs and other goals as defined• Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer branding and diversity/inclusion sourcingCompensation:Base Pay Range USD $179,000 to $215,000The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
