Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse

Imagine Pediatrics is a pediatrician-led medical group dedicated to improving the lives of children with complex medical needs by providing innovative, collaborative care solutions. They are seeking a Care Team Assistant to provide clinical and clerical support to enhance patient care.

Skills

Clinical experience
Communication skills
Organizational skills
Typing and computer skills
Bilingual (Spanish preferred)

Responsibilities

Handle phone inquiries and triage clinical calls.
Create letters regarding lab results for patients.
Review and prepare schedules for patient visits.
Contact patients for appointment reminders and follow-ups.
Initiate completion of essential medical forms.
Assist in managing health needs and referrals.

Education

High-school education or equivalency
Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent experience
