Medical Assistant/Certified Medical Assistant

Imagine Pediatrics is a pediatrician-led medical group that provides innovative virtual-first care services for children with complex medical conditions. They are seeking an experienced Care Team Assistant who is passionate about improving pediatric health care.

Skills

Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent experience.
Fluency in Spanish.
Experience with EHRS systems.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

Accept and route incoming phone calls for clinical inquiries.
Create and deliver template-based letters regarding lab results to patients.
Ensure pre-visit preparations are complete for patients' appointments.
Contact patients to reduce no-shows and guide new patients through onboarding.
Assist care team in managing and assessing patient health needs.

Education

High-school level education or equivalency.
