Responsibilities

Conduct research on patients' healthcare needs and challenges
Perform telephonic outreach to caregivers for enrollment
Engage with healthcare professionals to support patient enrollment
Handle inbound calls from caregivers and health coordinators
Develop knowledge of the SSI program for outreach
