Supervisor, Patient Engagement

Imagine Pediatrics is a multi-disciplinary pediatrician-led medical group focused on providing innovative and compassionate care for children with complex medical conditions. We are seeking a passionate Supervisor for Patient Engagement to lead our call center team.

Skills

Leadership in a call center environment
Coaching and mentoring experience
Proficiency in Talkdesk and Microsoft Office
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise Patient Engagement Associates
Conduct one-on-one meetings for feedback and goal setting
Manage timesheets and attendance compliance
Provide feedback and coaching to the team
Develop strategies for service efficiency and quality
Compile and analyze performance data to improve team success

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field preferred
