Understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem

Responsibilities

Assist paying clients to quickly set up and launch their accounts
Own the client relationship during onboarding
Answer client questions and lead training sessions
Ensure completion of necessary onboarding tasks
Track client activity and update records in software

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
