CRM Automation Specialist

impact.com is a rapidly growing SaaS platform leading the partnership management space. They seek a CRM Automation Specialist to optimize customer relationships through innovative automation strategies.

Skills

Proficiency in Salesforce and/or Marketo
Experience with Google Suite and WordPress
Knowledge of JSON, CSS, HTML, PHP, and SQL
Understanding of Anti-Spam legislation
Strong written communication skills

Responsibilities

Establish two-way data hooks for various platforms
Create unified reporting datasets across ESPs
Build event-based triggered emails
QA customer communications
Manage marketing email tech processes

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
