Implant Receiver/ Loaner Specialist
Full-Time
The Implant Receiver/ Loaner Spec will work collaboratively with the supply chain staff to manage loaner implants delivered to OR Materials Implant Room/Loaner Room and assist the Inventory Systems Specialist ensure compliance of service delivery standards. Maintain timely and effective communication with supervisor, co-workers, Purchasing and Receiving department staff.
Essential Job Functions
Loaner Responsibilities:

Receives all arthroplasty implants delivered to the 3rd floor loaner room and communicates to Implant Technicians

Ensures the timely removal of loaner systems after surgery and maintains an orderly work environment in the Implant Loaner Room at all times.

Assist with the inspection of loaner implant trays and communicates top Implant Technicians.
Receiving Duties:
-
Assist the Inventory Systems Specialist, receive implants and surgical supplies, and reconciles against vendor packing slips.

Receives implants into Qsight purchase orders.

Downloads reconciled packing slips to OR materials Management’s shared drive after products are successfully received.

Delivers all implants received against purchase orders to the Implant Room.
Clerical Duties:
-
Perform clerical duties as directed by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Must be proficient in Microsoft, excel and access.-
Must have strong oral and written communications skills

One year of receiving of implants and surgical supplies preferred.

Must have strong organizational skills
-
Must have the ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting
-
High School diploma required
-
BA degree preferred.
