Implementation Manager

As an Implementation Manager at Chattermill, you'll take ownership of the onboarding of new clients while developing process improvements for implementation as the company scales.

What you'll be doing…

  • Identifying the scope of an onboarding at pre-sales level
  • Project managing the entire onboarding process for clients across a variety or industries and geographies
  • Working closely with our Sales, Solutions and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth handover and onboarding for new clients
  • Partnering with our internal operations teams to successfully get the clients ready to fully use the product
  • Leading the charge on reducing onboarding times by designing more efficient processes
  • Working with Product team to ensure we consistently improve onboarding experience
  • Implementing and maintaining onboarding satisfaction measurement

What you'll need…

  • Solid experience (ideally 3+ years) project managing the onboarding of new clients in a SaaS environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management including the ability to listen effectively, manage expectations and act as a trusted advisorStrong time management skills and ability to set and work to deadlines
  • A love for process and an eye for process improvements
  • A knack for structuring information flows and sequences
  • Impeccable communication skills (verbal and written)
  • A customer service mindset and love of delivering great experiences
  • Analytical and problem solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
  • You're resourceful and result oriented

As part of your position, you'll enjoy…

First stage: Let's introduce ourselves (30 minutes)

You'll have an introductory Zoom call with a member of the Talent team - we'd love to learn more about you, your ambitions, and what you're looking for in your next step.

Second stage: Get to know your would-be team (1 hour)

You'll have a Zoom call with Junior Hewitt, our VP of Customer Success, as an opportunity to show off your successes and approach to Implementation and learn more about the role and team.

Third stage: Show us what you are made of (1 hour)

You'll prepare a presentation to deliver to Junior and Luke Moore (our CRO). You'll give your presentation and have a chance to learn more about the function and company.

Final stage: Let's seal the deal (45 minutes)

You'll speak with our cofounder over Zoom to discuss how our values and working styles align, and importantly, how your career ambitions align to our growth plans.
