Implementation Manager (P2)

A Brief Overview

At TriNet Zenefits, our mission is to create customers for life by enabling customers to use our product effectively and confidently. As an Implementation Manager, you are a TriNet Zenefits product expert, here to consult and advise customers on the best way to meet their business objectives through optimized TriNet Zenefits configuration.

In this role, you are responsible for onboarding new customers to TriNet Zenefits, owning product configuration and training as companies move through their onboarding journey, keeping all relevant stakeholders informed each step of the way. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product and engineering, and customer success, working together to create a top-tier customer onboarding and education experience.

What you will do

  • Own the Implementation process and customer relationship; serve as a primary point of contact and subject matter expert on all things TriNet Zenefits; manage stakeholder expectations and communications throughout
  • Implement, configure, and advise clients around TriNet Zenefits HCM, Benefits, and Payroll offerings
  • Engage closely with the client, business partners, and other internal teams to ensure the full scope of each implementation project is understood
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of implementations
  • Effectively manage multiple internal and external communication channels including phone, email, Chatter, Slack and more
  • Identify root cause of issues impacting results; work with leadership to identify tradeoffs/risks for different solutions and improvement programs
  • Perform detailed audits of historical, company-level, and employee level data to ensure accuracy and credibility
  • Work closely with our sales, product, engineering, and other internal teams to develop and prioritize product improvements
  • Execute on other business-critical departmental objectives as directed by leadership

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred

Experience Qualifications

  • 2+ years software implementation or project management experience preferred

Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Licenses and Certifications

  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred

The salary range for this role is $52,600 to $86,760. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
