Who are we looking for?
The Implementation Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the success of product implementations with customers. You own the overall success of a project, including time and resource management, issue and risk management, and project execution. You manage client relationships, ongoing communications, key risks, issue resolution, and ongoing progress reporting.
You’re an exceptional communicator and have strong relationship building skills. You are organized, detail oriented, flexible and can adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
How much experience are we looking for?
You may be hired as an Implementation Project Manager based on your depth of skill and breadth of experience.
What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 annualized base compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
What will you do?

Manage and monitor task completion for client software installations
-
Manage risks and issues including identifying, analyzing, tracking, escalating, and mitigating risks and issues that impact the project timelines
-
Manage the Implementation Project Plan and Project Milestone Reports
-
Maintain oral and written communication to record progress, issues, and status of tasks
-
Coordinate scheduling of and facilitate weekly status meetings, external and internal
-
Identify all stakeholders and confirm the project schedule and key milestones
-
Maintain documentation in accordance with protocols and audit requirements
-
Monitor the completion of the Conversion Files process, the processing of HL7 interface files or web service transactions, EDI Payor Enrollment, and pre-live claim testing

Document and monitor the completion of System Optimization requests
-
Coordinate and document training schedules and agendas
-
Confirm scheduling of and communicate schedule for on-site production support
What education and experience do you need?
A combination of the following education and experience factors will be considered:

BA/BS in Business, Healthcare IT/Mgt, or relevant discipline

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, coordination and problem solving

Experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
-
Formal Project Management qualifications (PMP Certification) and/or training preferred
Must be available to travel domestically up to 15% of the time.
