Implementation Representative

Description:

Solutionreach is hiring for an Implementation Representative. We are a virtual first company, with teams working across North America. This role is virtual. #LI-Remote

This role will be responsible for taking full ownership of onboarding and implementing our new customer accounts. Customer service is key! You will be responsible for answering team questions regarding sync issues, SR Schedule, Intake and other Platform features. You will work closely with our technical support team to solve technical cases and perform initial sync program installation via remote access.

What will I need to thrive in this role?

  • You’ll hit the ground running if you have 1+ years of experience in customer service and technical support.
  • You’ll be unstoppable if you don’t give up easily, you are ambitious, and have a strong willingness to help in any area and find multiple solutions to the same problem.
  • You have the ability to communicate detailed concepts in a clear and conceptual manner to our clients.
  • Your technical troubleshooting experience and exposure to handling and delegating urgent tasks will set you up to have a high impact during your time at Solutionreach.

Is this a permanently remote position?

Yes! Solutionreach is a Virtual First company with teams working across North America. Minimal travel to corporate headquarters in Lehi, Utah.

  • A Zoom interview with the Hiring Manager
  • A Zoom interview with the Department Director
