What you'll do

Our Implementation Specialist would be responsible for translating the client's business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture.

• Serves as the main technical contact for customers that are implementing Verifone solutions.
• Help customers with implementation and support of Verifone software and hardware.
• Drive issues to resolution based on priority and interaction with different internal teams.
• Be the advocate for the customer to get the solutions and fixes they need to make progress on their timelines.
• Provide direction for design activities.
• Maintain a proactive relationship with the customer set to make sure they are taken care of and their timelines are met.
• Responsible for learning and maintaining technical knowledge of our software and hardware solutions.

What qualifications will you need to be successful?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical field.
• Experience in the payments or POS industry.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems like; JIRA.
• Experience in positions with customer facing interaction/responsibilities.
• Experience with troubleshooting in the technical area; Basic troubleshooting knowledge/steps/procedures a must.
• Able to multitask efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
