In-House Account Manager

Monday - Friday / 40 to 45 Hours a week
The Inside Sales Support will be responsible for processing orders, good communication skills with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The principal responsibilities of the Inside Sales position consist of but are not limited to the following:
· Work with operations as needed to ensure quality customer service and customer satisfaction
· Preparing orders,quoting.
· Reply to email requests for orders
· Maintain, update, and organize accounts
· Ability to multi-task and work independently while paying attention to detail
· Learn and master the company’s products and operational procedures
· Responsibility, including consistent punctuality andaccountability
· Proficiency with Quoting, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
· Organization skills
DUTIES
· In order to fulfill these responsibilities, the Sales Support position is assigned the following duties:
· Primary responsibility for taking all emails related to orders for the specifiedaccount.
· Responsible for printing all orders on a daily basis and following up to ensure that purchase order is correct, processing within 48 hours of receiving the order
· Maintain good working relationships with customers, company salespeople, office employees, shipping companies, regulatory personnel and maintain high interest and morale.
Experience:
· Inside Sales Experience: 1 year preferred
· Customer Service: 1 year preferred
· Must have strong Excel skills – Certification preferred
