Requirements:
- M.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry or a closely related discipline with 0-4 years work experience is desired; Ph.D. is preferred.
- Understanding of bioanalysis utilizing LC-MS with special emphasis on large molecules (e. g. oligonucleotides) and the application to in vitro ADME sample analysis in a drug discovery setting is desirable.
- Experience with high content imaging platforms and laboratory automation systems is preferable.
- Experience with cell culture (2D and 3D) and molecular biology techniques such as immunofluorescence, qPCR, ELISA or FACS and their application to the intracellular fate of molecules in the beyond rule-of-5 property space is highly desirable.
- A good understanding of laboratory equipment and associated software is desirable.
- Strong experimental and problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration and communication skills (both written and oral), and an eagerness to learn.
- Time management skills and ability to work in a team-based drug discovery/development environment.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $88,000 and $132,000/ year; however, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
