The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and market trends.
Responsibilities
- Manage end to end recruitment process, including but not limited to candidate sourcing, screening, interview and offer negotiations.
- Assess talent qualifications against organizational and functional requirements by interviewing applicants, evaluate responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Work closely with business leaders to influence effective recruiting approaches and set realistic expectations on time to fill, compensation, candidate pool, and market
feedback. - Partner with hiring managers to identify position requirements, unique business
needs and desired candidate profiles. - Review and analyze recruitment metrics to assess source effectiveness and candidate satisfaction.
- Develop sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in alignment with workforce plans and hiring priorities and provide guidance to hiring managers on best interview practices.
- Provide training and coaching to hiring managers and TA team members.
- Collaborate with marketing, human resources and business leaders to help establish an employer brand identity.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external agencies, vendors, associations, and other bodies who might route talent to the organization or aid in TA processes.
- Build strong cross functional partnerships with the business, HR colleagues and external talent.
- Anticipate future talent needs and work to develop pools of passive candidates, educate leaders on talent market trends.
- Perform research to evaluate the general needs and opinions of talent.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field required.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Previous experience working with complex ATS systems, Workday experience preferred
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Experience in using data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, active listening and critical thinking skills.
- Proven track record of developing talent pipelines, sourcing for hard to fill roles and bringing in top talent to an organization.
- Familiarity with US employment laws.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in analyzing recruitment metrics and data to inform decision-making.
- Customer-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal.
- Ability to handle extremely sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Inari Medical offers competitive health and wealth benefits for our employees. The role has a base salary of $121,500.00-$142,800.00 with a competitive variable plan. A range of factors, including location, skills, and experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary.
