Contract Clinician Liaison - UC/VPC

The Contract Clinician Liaison will work directly with a dedicated group of clinicians, and is their main point of contact within Included Health for all non-clinical matters. It is the role of the Clinician Liaison to support their clinicians, and ensure their satisfaction and engagement throughout the clinicians tenure with Included Health.


The Contract Clinician Liaison is responsible for supporting the clinical practices, along with their clinicians by creating schedules to meet established member service level/wait time goals, while ensuring patients receive timely and quality care. The Clinician Liaison will also collaborate cross functionally with leadership teams on growing clinical practice support and other practice initiatives.


Responsibilities:
  • Work with a dedicated clinician practice to provide timely, accurate, and thoughtful responses to all clinician related inquiries and concerns
  • Drive a high level of clinician engagement and retention by providing excellent support and communication throughout the clinicians tenure with Included Health
  • Complete activities related to the hiring and termination of clinicians, including reviewing contract requirements, communicating timelines, and schedule builds
  • Monitor clinician quality metrics and adherence to contractual requirements to optimize clinical quality, state by state coverage, patient access, clinician productivity and visit growth goals
  • Collaborate cross functionally to help clinicians stay connected to Included Health by navigating organizational resources and policies, managing various communication channels, and coordinating communication with internal team members, as needed
  • Scheduling clinicians to ensuring adherence to contractual and shift adherence requirements, optimizing state by state coverage, patient access, clinician productivity and visit growth goals
  • Additional activities and initiatives to support practice operations and growth initiatives


Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of related experience working with clinicians in a practice management environment, or related experience in an operations environment with experience working with scheduling clinicians
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to relay sensitive messaging effectively and with empathy
  • Must be comfortable effective communicating via email, phone and video conferencing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface effectively cross functionally and with the clinical practice
  • Ability to work independently while balancing deadlines for incoming requests along and ongoing projects
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment, proficiently move through ambiguity and able to quickly adapt to change


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Google Suites
  • Prior experience working in a virtual setting and/or within telemedicine


Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
  • Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
  • No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.

The United States new hire hourly rate target ranges for this contract full-time position are:


Zone A: $26.44 - $34.38 per hour + equity + benefits  

Zone B: $30.41 - $39.53 per hour + equity + benefits  

Zone C: $33.05 - $42.97 per hour + equity + benefits  

Zone D: $34.38 - $44.69 per hour + equity + benefits  


This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire hourly rates for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.


Starting hourly rate for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations. Your Recruiter can share details of your geographic alignment upon inquiry.
