Sr. Director, Partner Marketing

As our Head of Partner Marketing, you will develop and execute the best practice marketing playbook for our strategic clients and you will also think about how to scale those best practices across our book of business.   This job is perfect for someone who has a proven track record of developing marketing data driven best practices in a B2B2C environment and you know how to ‘market’ those best practices to our internal and our client partners.  You are passionate about our members being able to take full advantage of the services that Included Health offers.  And you have a track record in working with our clients directly, key internal stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure that Include Health’s marketing programs are building our business objectives, priorities and strategic direction.  This leader will nurture and grow the development of a strategic team and will have a proven track record of team management, engagement and inspiring leadership.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic engagement playbooks and plans that drive awareness and engagement for our strategic clients enabling ROI and PGs
  • Lead a results-oriented and passionate partner marketing team that spans enterprise and health plan clients.  
  • Work closely with Consumer Marketing leadership team and key collaborators across the organization especially Client Success to drive client engagement best practices 
  • Establish objectives with business stakeholders in the organization to support the organization’s OKRs
  • Nurture relationships and regularly engage with high-value business and financial media, community organizations and trade associations 
  • Guide Included Health’s best practices with new and data backed approach
  • Work closely with our policy team to develop and drive communications programs that advance our advocacy initiatives
  • Develop best practices for how to best drive adoption of marketing programs


Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • A strong understanding of the healthcare landscape; strong preference for experience working with digital health and/or consumer health brands 
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Member-first mentality with a connection to our mission to raise the standard of healthcare for everyone
  • Excellent client facing capability and communication track record  
  • Strong collaboration skills, clear team player, can-do attitude
  • Project management: Good at juggling multiple projects at once and recommending prioritization, timelines & processes to ensure all success criteria are met
  • High emotional intelligence with a strong executive presence 
  • High Attention to Detail: well organized with the ability to work quickly with a high attention to detail to ensure quality work
  • Strategic: Able to be innovative and strategic at a high-level as well as roll up your sleeves and get things done
  • Creative: Ability to think outside the box to innovate new communications and PR strategies and tactics
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, resource-lean environments


Education and Experience:
  • 10-15 years of experience in leading a partner marketing and/or client marketing engagement function 
  • 5 years of experience and success in a leadership role with people management responsibilities
  • Demonstrated excellence in executing effective marketing programs and building relationships with strategic clients 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree; Masters preferred 
  • Demonstrated career progression from digital marketing through to multichannel planning roles
  • Strong preference for healthcare/benefits or consumer-facing experience


The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:


Zone A: $181,000 - $276,025 + equity + benefits  

Zone B: $150,800 - $230,000 + equity + benefits  


This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.


Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations. Your Recruiter can share your geographic zone alignment upon inquiry.


In addition to earning a base salary, this role is eligible for a performance-based bonus. Details of the Annual Bonus Plan, including performance metrics, target incentives, and potential earnings, will be discussed during the interview process.
