Insurity’s Next Senior Business Analyst I
Should be able to Develop, analyze, and document requirements, including business, functional and non-functional for increasingly complex efforts. Develop customer focused documentation for software solutions (e.g. Wireframes, Use Cases, business rules, etc.). Perform and support testing and/or training efforts. Perform and coordinate the estimation of work , and participate in system design and configuration activities. Act as Subject Matter Expert and provide mentorship to team members.
A strong desire to develop technical and business knowledge relative to the implementation of insurance processing will be needed in this role. Knowledge of commercial line of business billing application processes is a must, preferably exposure to Direct, Account Billing methods and assigned risk policy billing practices. Exposure to policy administration systems is a plus.

- Assist in the facilitation of estimating discussions and coordinating work efforts
- Accurately estimate analyst work efforts
- Provide support for testing activities
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2 years’ experience with Commercial Property/Casualty Insurance Policy and Billing applications
- 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst recommended
- Experience with SQL and other report writing tools to review and extract data
- Extensive experience with software applications, including Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
