indinero is seeking a skilled Learning and Development Manager to join our People Operations team. This position will be responsible for creating and managing training content using TalentLMS, as well as overseeing the training process across various departments, including collaboration with our global workforce.
Responsibilities:
Curriculum Design and Innovation:
- Deep dive into current processes to understand their strengths, weaknesses, and potential bottlenecks by collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather insights and ensure a comprehensive understanding.
- Develop clear and concise documentation outlining new or improved processes, including flowcharts, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and other visual aids.
- Oversee the design and development of comprehensive training programs that address critical skills gaps.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by implementing innovative training methods and leveraging cutting-edge learning technologies.
- Stay current on industry trends in L&D to ensure programs are engaging and effective.
Implementation and Facilitation:
- Oversee the implementation of L&D initiatives, ensuring they are delivered smoothly and meet objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team-building exercises.
- Coach and mentor leaders on effective change management practices.
Content Creation and Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs using TalentLMS.
- Create engaging and interactive e-learning content, including courses, quizzes, and assessments.
- Track training completion and effectiveness using TalentLMS analytics.
Collaboration and Support:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design targeted curricula.
- Work closely with our global workforce to ensure that training programs are culturally relevant and accessible.
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees using the TalentLMS platform.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of verified experience in developing training plans and creating e-learning content.
- Proficiency with TalentLMS or similar learning management systems.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
- Experience working with various departments to understand diverse training needs.
- Familiarity with multimedia content creation tools
-Ability to work some overlapping hours with US teammates
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with BambooHR or similar HR management systems.
- Experience working with US Tax/ Accounting/ CFO industries.
- Knowledge of SCORM, AICC, and xAPI standards.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience in change management and process improvement.
