Technology & Telecommunications (T&T) is a major focus for Qualtrics as the acceleration of digital transformations have brought experience management (XM) to the forefront of these industries. Qualtrics has over 70% of the top US T&T companies as customers and global growth is rapidly accelerating.
The Industry Advisor serves as an XM champion and growth advocate; managing plans and programs to help scale industry specific solutions within targeted geographies and counties. They support the development of thought leadership and its top accounts, and work with other Industry Advisors to create a one to many relationship model.
This individual will bring substance to a dialogue, providing thoughtful insights that earn the trust and respect of industry innovators and stalwarts.
- Co-Lead the High Tech Customer Advisory Board (CAB) including coordinating in-person and virtual events, managing communications, recruiting new members, and developing business relationships with CAB members.
- Plan, organize, and conduct events in various global locations including XM Live events and 1:1 customer interactions.
- Own the management of key collateral and artifacts, driving sales awareness.
- Act as the community manager for the global Telco communities including ongoing management, events, and follow-ups.
- Support evangelizing and coordinating the AgileXM framework and associated workshops. This includes working with customers to define the approach and outcomes, leading the workshop deliveries, creating outputs and deliverables, and presentation of said outputs. Additionally, will be responsible for follow-up workshop activities.
- Develop and publish thought leadership pieces on relevant channels: blog posts, social media, articles, and webinars that highlight best practices and offer a fresh perspective of XM within T&T
- Conduct sales enablement to train sales on win themes, messaging, new solutions, approaches, etc.
- Support the development of accelerator programs, including collateral development, enablement, GTM, customer identification and sales support.
- 10+ years of industry and/or management consulting experience in high tech and/or telco (high-tech preferred)
- Project management experience, great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with marketing and GTM campaign development
- Knowledge with Qualtrics tools
- Ability to swiftly move from a high-level strategy discussion to one about the merits of a specific technology solution
- Excellent customer facing presentation and relationship building skills
Preferred
- Understanding of the link from strategy to technology solutions within industry-relevant use cases and operational outcomes that support strong business cases and ROI for XM
- Enterprise SaaS industry and/or consulting experience
- Experience as a practitioner working in technology systems and a nuanced understanding of personas
- Great speaker with a track record of delivering compelling messages to large audiences
- Community management experience
The base pay range for this position in the US is $119k - $253k per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
