Who we are looking for:


We are seeking a strategic Customer Marketing Manager who will cultivate customer loyalty and advocacy. If you love building strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and use creative marketing approaches to drive success, we want to hear from you.


A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; what matters most is your proven track record and passion for customer-focused marketing.


What you'll do:


As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing customer-centric marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include:


- Customer advocacy: Cultivate relationships with customers, transforming them into advocates. Develop and implement programs that showcase customer success. Collaborate closely with the CS team on improving customer experience.

- Content creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials that resonate with our target audience. This may include customer success stories, blog posts, webinars, and other content aimed at showcasing the value of Influ2.

- Retention and upsell campaigns: Work closely with customer success, sales, and product teams to develop campaigns aimed at retaining existing customers and driving upsell opportunities.

- Event participation: Work closely with customers to ensure their voices are heard at industry and private events, and webinars. Maximize our presence and engage with customers in meaningful ways.


Your experience:


- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on customer marketing in the software industry.

- Proven success in developing and implementing customer advocacy programs.

- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including customer success, sales, and product.


Your skills:


- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

- Analytical mindset: ability to leverage data and metrics to inform decision-making.

- Creative thinking: ability to develop innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.

- Results-driven: focused on achieving measurable outcomes and contributing to overall business goals.
