As the Influencer & Social Media Manager, you are an integral part of the the brand team, responsible for embedding Drizly into the cultural zeitgeist and making us a brand that consumers know, love, and talk about. Spreading the word through influencer relationships and thumb-stopping content!
In this role, you manage the strategy and execution of the influencer marketing program, as well as the broader social media strategy and calendar. This is inclusive of overseeing content creation and partners to execute that vision. You will be an integral part of the brand and wider marketing team, leading a consumer-first approach to influencer and social media that builds the Drizly brand.

Lead strategy for social channels to deliver against key business, brand, and social objectives

Run existing and create new influencer marketing programs. This includes influencer selection, negotiation, contract development, content creation monitoring, and reporting.

Work cross-functionally with brand marketing, insights, PR, growth, and creative teams.

Plan and manage the development, posting, and ongoing management/optimization of the social media calendar, with a core focus on Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, and Twitter

Lead creative development for Drizly’s social channels, partnering with internal creatives and external agencies to create breakthrough content and marketing opportunities

Serve as internal SME for our customers, educating both internal and external partners on effective tactics and feedback heard from customers through social listening

Collaborate closely with the strategic partnerships team to create content and opportunities to develop compelling content that integrates our partners

Oversee and participate in strategy for community management to connect and build deeper engagement with Drizly customers and partners

Bring brand collaborations to the table and own those relationships.

Continually track, analyze, and optimize social efforts using Google Analytics, social scheduling, and listening platforms.

Produce detailed monthly and campaign-specific reports for social media and influencer initiatives.

4+ years in the social & influencer space

For Boston, MA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $108,000 per year - $119,500 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $120,000 per year - $133,000 per year.
