Influential, the largest influencer marketing company in the world, is seeking a visionary EVP, Creative to drive the creative direction and innovation for campaigns targeting Fortune 500 brands.

Skills

15+ years of experience in creative strategy
5+ years of previous management experience
Expertise in developing creative strategies for various brands
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Strong writing skills
Management and leadership skills
Eye for design and aesthetic
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Lead the creative vision and strategy for Influential
Participate in pitch meetings with clients
Develop and implement creative concepts that elevate brand narratives
Oversee the creative process from ideation to execution
Foster a collaborative environment with creative teams
Craft compelling brand stories and key messaging
Present creative concepts and strategic rationales persuasively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices
Develop, coach and grow the creative team

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Advanced degree preferred
