Influential is seeking an experienced Manager, Creative to lead creative ideation and oversee the production of dynamic campaigns.

Skills

Strong communicator with attention-commanding presentation skills.
Strong writing skills to develop content.
Eye for design/aesthetics.
Experience in creative strategy and marketing/advertising.
Startup experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts that differentiate the brand and resonate with the target audience.
Generate innovative and strategic ideas for campaigns across verticals that align with client objectives.
Determine the optimal media mix and social platform allocation for maximum impact.
Provide clear guidance to creative and creator teams, ensuring creative execution aligns with strategic vision.
Craft persuasive and compelling brand stories that connect emotionally with consumers.
Utilize consumer insights and market data to inform creative decisions and refine strategies.
Create and deliver persuasive presentations to outline campaign concepts to beauty brands.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
