We are looking for a Senior Program Manager - Onboarding to join our Global Sales Enablement team located in the East Coast Region, reporting to the VP of Sales Enablement. In this role, you will design, build, and deliver our new hire onboarding programs for core go-to-market (GTM) Field Sales roles. This role is critical in ensuring that new Sales hires are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and resources they need to quickly ramp up and contribute to Infoblox's success. What you’ll do:
- Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of comprehensive new hire onboarding programs for Field Sales roles
- Collaborate with Sales leadership, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and other stakeholders to identify key learning objectives and content requirements
- Develop engaging, high-quality training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and other resources
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding sessions, leveraging both in-person and virtual training methods, ensuring a seamless and effective onboarding experience for new hires
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
- Partner with Sales managers and HR to ensure alignment and integration of onboarding programs with broader talent development initiatives
- Act as a key point of contact for new hires, providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding process
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external subject matter experts to ensure the relevancy and accuracy of training content
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends in sales enablement and onboarding, and introduce new training technologies and methodologies to keep the onboarding program cutting-edge and effective
- Analyze feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the onboarding experience
What you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, education, human resources, or related field; master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or program management, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry
- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective onboarding programs for sales teams
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies
- Superb analytical skills, with the ability to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- High degree of initiative, creativity, and adaptability

Develop a Comprehensive Onboarding Program:
- The Senior Program Manager will have designed and developed a comprehensive onboarding program tailored to new hires in core go-to-market field sales roles. This includes creating detailed training schedules, curriculum outlines, and a mix of e-learning and instructor-led training modules.
Successful Execution of Initial Onboarding Cohorts:
- The Senior Program Manager will have successfully executed at least two onboarding cohorts, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. This includes coordinating sessions, facilitating training, and managing all logistical aspects.
Establish Key Performance Metrics:
- The Senior Program Manager will have established key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding program. This includes developing feedback mechanisms, assessments, and performance tracking tools to measure new hire ramp-up time and initial productivity.
Build Strong Stakeholder Relationships:
- The Senior Program Manager will have built strong collaborative relationships with sales leadership, sales enablement, product marketing, HR, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for the onboarding program.
