We are looking for a Senior Sales Recruiter (fulltime or contractor) to join our Talent Acquisition team located anywhere in the U.S., reporting to the vice president of Talent Acquisition. In this remote role, you will own and drive the recruiting process from end-to-end. You will work closely with our hiring managers to partner and develop strategies to find top performing candidates for our Sales organization across the Americas and LATAM. What you’ll do:
- Manage the full recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy
- Use direct sourcing techniques to build a strong network of passive candidates within critical skill
- Cold call, network, and generate leads from your own network
- Strategize ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
- Use the full spectrum of staffing methodologies, including search, research, internet sourcing, and candidate development
- Drive the offer process, partnering with hiring managers, Compensation, HR, and Orientation teams
- Ensure a positive candidate experience while identifying candidate risks, proactively moving candidates thru the recruiting process, driving hiring managers to a decision, and negotiating offers
- Update, input, and maintain accurate documentation, tracking, and status of candidate records in the applicant tracking system
- Conduct various research projects and prepare recruiting reports as needed
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of progressive sales recruiting experience with an in-house recruiting team, preferably from a SaaS company
- Passionate about Infoblox products and able to speak to our technology/industry
- Advanced proficiency in the use of office systems, personal computers, tickler systems, applicant tracking systems, and internet search techniques
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, deadline-driven environment
- Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
- Good eye for talent with the ability to quickly screen resumes to identify fit and a sound sourcing approach with ability to dive deep into searches for hard-to-fill roles
- Sharp interview skills with the ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities
- Solid high-tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies, conferences, and open-source communities
- Excellent consultative qualities and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, as well as externally

- Understand the organizational structure you will support and standard profile for the BU's
- Have solid understanding of our TA process and procedures, and tools
- Have built out a support and sourcing strategy for your Business Units
- Has a deep understanding of our product lines, and the BU's core focus

- Have built out full recruiting strategies for supported orgs and able to bring a consultative approach to your client base
- Understanding of our "Profile" and able to bring a pro active approach when sourcing, rather than reactive approach
- Deep understanding of all Organizations within Sales, and are able to identify talent where they are best suited
