We are looking for a Talent Management Partner based in North America, reporting to the Senior Director of Talent located in Santa Clara, CA. In this remote role, you will drive cross-functional people programs such as Engagement, Performance Management, Succession Planning, 9-Box, and Leadership Development, collaborating closely with all People and Places teams and building executive partnerships to drive these initiatives. 

You’re the ideal candidate if you have excellent project management and organizational skills and can handle a variety of confidential and non-routine information in a professional manner. You embrace change and are skilled at simplifying processes, improving efficiencies, and helping the team flex to meet changing business needs.

What you’ll do: 

  • Drive our employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment focused on employee listening and driving organization impact to make Infoblox a great place to work
  • Execute and manage performance management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and employee development while working cross-functionally to ensure key stakeholders are ready to execute the plan
  • Facilitate and maintain succession plans to ensure leadership continuity and talent pipeline readiness
  • Use the 9-Box grid for talent assessment and development planning to drive business results and leadership bench strength
  • Support leadership coaching programs based on insights from other people programs to cultivate future leaders within the organization
  • Leverage project management and program management skills to work collaboratively with People and Places teams to integrate talent management strategies across the organization and execute our people programs
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to align talent management initiatives with business objectives
  • Research and explores best-in-class solutions focused on the future of work by sourcing and procuring vendors to support people program efforts
  • Support general people items from the HR leadership team as necessary, as well as other duties as assigned by the senior director that require partnering with different teams within HR or other departments to improve programs
  • Create and maintain key reports, dashboards, and insights to monitor health and next steps to continuously improve and modernize our people programs; define metrics to measure the success of talent management programs

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in talent management, with a focus on engagement, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development, with 12+ years of human resources experience leading similar programs for a mid-size company
  • Ability to analyze talent data and make data-driven decisions to improve program effectiveness
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and engage stakeholders
  • Strong program management and data organization skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
  •  Ability to work effectively and lead cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with leadership
  • Knowledge or interest in HR and general technology, such as performance management system experience, engagement surveys and emerging technologies trends. Oracle HCM experience preferred
  • Excellent Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Project, Planner, Lists, etc.) skills
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, organizational development, or organization psychology or related discipline; preferred certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
  • Excellent organization and people skills, with the ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfort with change and ability to multi-task, organize, take initiative, and follow up independently
  • Desire to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues across different regions, as well as a willingness to actively participate in People and Places initiatives

  • Established strong collaborative relationships with People and Places teams

After one year, you will… 

  • Be a key go-to person for talent management initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our compensation philosophy. At Infoblox, we believe in paying for performance. You can expect our employment offers to take many factors into consideration, including but not limited to the location of the role, internal equity, applicable past experience, individual skill set, education, and professional certifications. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role. The typical base salary range for this position based in Washington is $120,500 - $175,050 plus corporate bonus.
