INFORMATION SYSTEMS APPLICATION SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

Job Summary

As an Information Systems Application Support Administrator, you will support and analyze data to aid users in operational effectiveness. The most rewarding aspect of this role is interacting with your internal customers to provide solutions for their applications.

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Communicate in an informed and consultative manner to individuals and leaders throughout the organization.
  • Approach your role with a customer-centric mindset to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze problems to root cause and proactively make recommendations to solve for future problems.
  • Maintain effectiveness in varying environments and tasks.

These skills will be used to:

  • Consult with users to meet or exceed internal and external customers' expectations.
  • Work closely with all application owners, vendors, and infrastructure team members to analyze system performance, make modifications as necessary, and ensure end-to-end service performance metrics are achieved.
  • Recommend and implement system modifications or enhancements to improve application performance and quality.
  • Develop and refine application test plans.
  • Manage multiple projects at one time and ensures projects stay within budget.
  • Consults with end-users and others in the development of design concept interpretation.
  • Serve as the internal tester for new application development.
  • Track support tickets for the Application Support team.
  • Works with senior application specialist members to analyze, troubleshoot, and support project tickets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar.
