Quality assurance

Delivery managers enforce quality assurance processes, conduct testing, and ensure that deliverables meet specifications. 

Communication

Delivery managers communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep the project moving forward. 

Budget management

Delivery managers keep the project on budget to maintain stakeholder satisfaction. 

Team management

Delivery managers monitor the team for process compliance, productivity, teamwork, and efficiency.
