This person directs the development and execution of innovative AI strategies that encompass both Generative AI and Deep Learning, while also overseeing data science initiatives. Provides leadership to engineers, developers and managers, overseeing a diverse team of AI professionals, driving research and development efforts, and ensuring the successful integration of AI solutions across the organization., Communicates complex concepts effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Fosters a culture of collaboration and ethical AI practices and plays a pivotal role in leveraging advanced technologies to enhance business performance and drive sustainable growth.

Hiring Salary Range: $192,835k - $247,282k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
