Responsibilities
- Provide personalized physical therapy to patients in their homes
- Maintain documentation and communication regarding patient care
- Create and manage your own flexible schedule
- Utilize technological devices for patient care
Education
- Degree from a program approved by the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy
- Current therapist license from the State of PA
- Current CPR certification
