Employee Relations Specialist

Inizio is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to drive the company's ER processes, policies, and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR and employee relations principles and be able to lead and promote a vision.

Skills

Experience in standing up and leading an ER Function
In-depth HR and employee relations knowledge
Data-driven decision-making experience
Performance management expertise
Strong communication and influencing skills

Responsibilities

Create and oversee the ER strategy at a global level
Define ER business processes ensuring compliance
Collaborate with HR Business Partners on team member concerns
Develop and implement ER best practices
Monitor risks and develop mitigation strategies
Identify training needs for supervisors based on ER data
