Responsibilities
Create and oversee the ER strategy at a global level
Define ER business processes ensuring compliance
Collaborate with HR Business Partners on team member concerns
Develop and implement ER best practices
Monitor risks and develop mitigation strategies
Identify training needs for supervisors based on ER data
