Contract Specialist
InKind is looking for a Contract Specialist to support legal, finance, and executive teams. Seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong research and contract drafting skills.
Skills
- Strong research skills
- Basic knowledge of commercial and corporate law
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Fluency with indexes, templating, and document management systems
Responsibilities
- Perform searches on potential new inKind partners
- Prepare contracts and reports for inKind partners
- Assist in the enforcement of contracts
- Organize and maintain documents and files for Legal, Finance, and Executive teams
- Provide timely updates on changes in legal framework
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, business, communications, or legal studies
