Billing Support Intern - German Speaking (40 hours/week)

In this role you will be:

Supporting billing activities related to field service transactions for our customer in the German region
Solving customer complaints regarding our invoices
Collaborating with multiple departments to solve any upcoming emergencies (Finance, Order Management, Cash collection and colleagues from Italy)

Your profile:

Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies Bachelor's degree in any stream, or related discipline (Economics, Business, Languages and literature, etc.)
Ability to work min. 30-40 hours / week
Strong command of English and German (both spoken and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (mainly MS Excel and Outlook)
Eager to learn personality with a strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills, self-motivated, result oriented
Detail oriented personality
