Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Lead HR product AnalystTitle: Lead HR product AnalystJob type: Fulltime/Contract on W2Location: RemoteDuration: 4+ MonthsIn this role, you will :• Evolve the HR Portfolio and roadmap in partnership with Product leadership, HRIS, and other stakeholders.• Work closely with business partners to assess requirements, plan projects, and oversee development, delivery, and deployment.• Serve as a high-level internal consultant, re-engineering HR technical and business processes to drive efficiencies and significant business impact.• Lead the planning, support, and execution of user acceptance testing, including the creation of test scenarios and cases.• Produce detailed documentation such as business process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, decision trees, and user experience flows.• Oversee the configuration and administration of Workday/ServiceNow, focusing on business processes, security, compliance, and data quality management.• Drive vendor-led releases and system enhancements, ensuring thorough testing and successful deployment.• Decompose epics into user stories, maintain task status in Agile tools (e.g., JIRA), and contribute to cross-functional work streams.• Contribute to the development of long-term, large-scale product solutions that consider global market dynamics and regulatory impact.An ideal candidate should have:• Experience in HR Systems experience, particularly with Workday Core HR Configuration, Union Configuration, and ServiceNow HRSD in a global environment.• Experience as a Business Analyst, including writing Agile Stories or business requirements• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow integrations.• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to operate within cross-functional Agile work streams.• Experience in leading workshops and discussions to achieve client objectives.• Ability to translate business and technical needs into user stories and detailed requirements.• Proven experience managing complex technology projects and presenting to various management levels.• Familiarity with HR Workday business processes.• Proficient in system configurations• Experience with Workday HCM and HRIS, including configuration and administration.Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
