Immediate opening in Plainsboro, NJ with one of the largest Pharmaceuticals & Biotech corporations in the world.
PLEASE REVIEW REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY:
· Must reside within commuting distance of Plainsboro, NJ and will be required to work 3x a week onsite, 2x a week remote
· Must demonstrate strong hands-on work experience in conducting, reviewing, logging and verifying background checks.
· Experience in reviewing multi-faceted background reports to ensure compliance with processes and State/Federal regulations.
· Employee Relations and Human Resources background is required
· Strong working knowledge of federal, state, provincial requirements related to HR, and Employment Law
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

· Duration: 6+ Months
· Hourly Pay: $33.49/hr
· Description:
Must haves:
2 years HR experience, required with 1-2 years employee relations or background administration.
Prior experience working with applicant tracking system
Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist II (Background)
Summary:
Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist II will be responsible for fulfilling day to day operational background check queries and address any issues that arise. This position will review, verify, and log, background checks. The Specialist will shape and manage expectations and ensure the process is being followed.
Responsibilities:
• Review multi-faceted background reports to ensure compliance with processes and State/Federal regulations.
• Partner with background check provider to escalate issues or delays.
• Log and update daily background reports for new hires.
• Escalate background issues or queries to background check specialist.
• Ensure compliance with retention and privacy policies
