If this excites you, let's chat about how you can help us tell our special story.About the RoleWe at Innovaccer are looking for a Director-Demand Generation for a couple of Markets we serve. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products in the market. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our solutions, engage key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise in healthcare technology and marketing to position our products effectively and differentiate them in the competitive landscape.Developing and implementing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive lead acquisition and customer conversion.A Day in the Life• Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals• Mentoring Demand Generations team to generate sales opportunities in healthcare technology space such as in population health management, Customer relationship management, Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Technologies in the US market.• Designing and implementing a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence across the US market.• Develop a deep understanding of Innovaccer customers, products, and the buyer’s journey• Own the complete lead generation & management process from lead capture to follow-up and tracking them through the entire sales cycle• Work collaboratively with the Sales Team and obtain feedback on the quality of MQLs generated from marketing campaigns and build programs that support sales enablement• Track full-funnel lead metrics and provide recommendations: program and campaign investments based on conversion rates• Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to leadership• Work closely with other departments to build cross-functional cohesion and ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns across email and web personalization• Use the latest in account-based marketing technology to run multi-channel campaigns targeting Innovaccer’s largest customers• Ensure that content reaches the right part of the sales funnels at the right time• Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasksWhat You Need• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in implementing enterprise lead generation programs and processes• Deep hands-on experience with growth marketing including but not limited to SEM, PPC, PPL, social media, and email marketing (true full-stack digital marketing).• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance• MBA/Bachelors from Tier I college in Business, Marketing, or other related discipline• Experience with US Market is essentially required• Strong technical aptitude, fantastic management skills with a great track record of working across sales, MarTech teams• Knowledge of Sales funnel and pipeline structure• Proactive, decisive, independent thinker and should be good into industry research• Solution-oriented approach with proven ability producing technically accurate, high-quality results• Must be skilled in content creation• Experience creating task-based and process flow documentation• Excellent interpersonal communication skills• Strong analytical skills with marketing scienceWe offer competitive benefits to set you up for success in and outside of work.Here’s What We Offer• Generous Leave Benefits: Enjoy generous leave benefits of up to 40 days.• Parental Leave: Experience one of the industry's best parental leave policies to spend time with your new addition.• Sabbatical Leave Policy: Want to focus on skill development, pursue an academic career, or just take a break?
