Superside is looking for an ambitious and hands-on Innovation Strategy Manager to build a world-class Strategy & Innovation team. You will be part of shaping Superside’s growth strategy, help define Superside’s offering and services to customers, and realize big, bold opportunities at Superside to make Superside a truly innovative trailblazer in the world of design and creative development.
What You'll Do
Lead a Strategy & Innovation team where you will:

Manage a high-impact cross-functional team of 2-3 people to shape and drive strategic innovation projects end-to-end - from initial discovery to implementation and operational rollout of final solutions
- Help define and refine Superside’s portfolio of services and offering to customers
- Assess emerging business opportunities and trends to stay ahead of the curve
- Bring new innovative ideas to the table to drive world-class customer experience and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership and teams at Superside to deliver on strategic targets
- Work closely with relevant Superside teams to implement new processes and operational improvements to deliver on strategic projects
- As an Innovation Strategy Manager you will also:
- Invest in growing your team, incl. developing talented professionals, coach and mentor
- Bring clarity of thought and lead the team in reaching target outcomes, optimizing processes and managing stakeholders
- Coach the team on productivity and help them prioritize the things that matter most
- Constantly innovate and champion new and better ways of working - incl. operating model, tools and knowledge-sharing
- Capture learnings and codify insights to make them useful for Supersiders and help our Learning & Development team design best-in-class trainings
- Design and manage strategic assets to help Superside drive innovation at scale
- Report to the Director of Strategy & Innovation and work closely with every department at Superside to deliver business growth
What You'll Need To Succeed
- 3-5 years of working experience in a leadership role - managing high-performing teams ideally with diverse roles across business/design/tech,
- Strong interpersonal and people development skills incl. coaching and mentoring professionals,
- Eagerness to break new ground and drive progress with strong “sense of urgency”,
- Proactive “self-learning” mindset and positive attitude towards figuring out and learning new things,
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, incl. ability to present and collaborate effectively on high-complexity topics with stakeholders across all levels stakeholders across levels,
- Structured thinker and doer with experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research - with strong aptitude for quantitative analysis,
- Ability to articulate compelling storylines, recommendations and synthesize crystal-clear key takeaways based on vast information and input,
- Excellent time management skills and organized way of working - with intrinsic self-motivation to work in a remote environment,
- Ability to multitask with efficiency, overview, structure, and attention to details,
- Be customer-obsessed and have a genuine interest in designing distinctive user experiences, developing world-class services and products, realizing bold ideas and innovative strategies,
- Updated knowledge of creative industries, marketing and media, and product trends

Hiring process:
- Greet and meet (1:1): 30 minute call with a Talent Partner to discuss more information about Superside and the candidate's experience. No need for formal prep beforehand.
- Ability test: The ability tests have been selected to measure the skills and competencies needed to succeed in the role.
- First interview with the Team Lead: An initial interview between you and your potential team lead to get to know each other and discover the role more extensively.
- Assessment: This is where you get to show your skills. We provide you with an hypothetical business case to solve. You’ll have usually between 24h and 48h.
- Final Interview: This will consist of a 45 minute discussion with a Team Lead. You’ll first be presenting your work and then you’ll dive deeper into your past experiences. We always set aside some time for your questions so don’t hesitate to prep some! We want to make sure we’re the right place for you as much as you’re the right fit for us!
