As a Customer Success Manager, Measurement, at Innovid, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our valued measurement publisher partners

Customer Success experience
Account Management experience
Strong knowledge of digital advertising
Selling experience
Experience compiling and communicating client requirements
Experience managing and executing digital campaigns
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of publishers
Serve as the main point of contact for publishers
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams
Create and execute customized success plans
Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Support Product team with user feedback
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews
Advocate for publishers’ needs internally
