Inside Sales Representative – Entry Level

GlobalTranz, one of the market leaders in innovative logistics technology, is expanding its sales teams. In this role, you will develop and manage a carrier portfolio to drive sales and revenue by providing outstanding customer service to external and internal clients.

What you will do in this role:

· Develop successful strategies and techniques for portfolio growth and development through prospecting and sales strategies

· Further develop carrier portfolio by diversifying service offerings and carrier coverage

· Negotiate rates with carriers to maximize profits and develop long term solutions

· Maintain carrier satisfaction and provide high quality service and work ethic while representing GlobalTranz

· Understand and develop successful problem resolution skills by partnering with internal and external parties to proactively mitigate risk regarding issues

· Ensure all shipments are tracked according to company policy and to GlobalTranz standards

· Update and maintain internal operating system with accurate and up-to-date information to ensure data integrity

· Strategically match, negotiate, and book available equipment with available freight
