Inside Sales Representative - II - 31384 (On W2)

Required:

Brief synopsis –

• Working with Abbott sales and service teams to get an alignment on service renewal and new service agreements.
• If needed, work with the customer directly to obtain customer signature and Purchase Order for the renewal
• Work with internal contract and pricing (C&P) team to implementer service contracts
• Keep track of contract statuses by updating tracking workbook

• Ability to explain details to the sales/service team and customer (if needed)

• Strong communication skills
• Excel skills required
