We are seeking an energetic, rock star performer to join the BlackBerry Cyber Professional Services Team as an Inside Services Sales Representative. Successful reps are confident, crush quota, know the best is ahead of us and we are only beginning. You will be showing clients how they can use advanced intelligent tools to safeguard their data, and company assets. We want someone who takes pride in protecting client’s jobs, family, and future. To accomplish this, you must have the ability to understand client challenges, demonstrate how BlackBerry solutions can solve those challenges and build strong relationships with both them and channel partners. In this role, you will:
  • Provide sales related assistance to the Regional Consulting Sales Director and Consulting Technical Director (preparation of quotes and sales contracts; sales operations, and order tracking; information sourcing within QSSL useful to the account; other related tasks and responsibilities)
  • Sell BlackBerry’s Security Services and qualifying new sales opportunities
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and the community to position BlackBerry Security Services and key components of the sales strategy
  • Initiate telephone contact on leads generated by sales and marketing initiatives such as tradeshows, seminars, and direct mail campaigns as well as other leads as required
  • Consult with client to analyze and understand the client’s business and technical needs and determines which products and services best-fit requirements
  • Provide feedback to Regional Consulting Sales Director regarding new developments and information on specific and evolving customer needs, industry trends and competitive activity
  • Participate in sales planning and sales forecasting activities as required
  • Strategize and Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development Teams on outreach campaigns and demand-generating projects to increase pipeline growth
  • Sets-up, coordinate and from time-to-time attend sales visits and customer specific marketing activities
  • Coordinate technical resources when required
  • Work with targets assigned at a corporate level with a view of establishing a corporate relationship.
  • Assist in sales enablement & training sessions
  • When required, confirm receipt of and ensures internal processing of customer orders, all changes to orders, including pricing, delivery information and information updates

Ideally, you will have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) years of experience selling products or services
  • Experience with Microsoft programs Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in an international team
  • Have a natural and open approach to customers, ideally with some experience in the IT industry
