Our mission is to enhance user experiences by leveraging cutting-edge AI tools for video creation, editing, and voice integration.We are seeking a talented AI Video Production Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in pushing help and support content into AR/VR headsets, utilizing advanced AI tools to streamline video production and enhance user interaction.Key Responsibilities:- Video Support Integration: Develop and integrate video support content into AR/VR headsets, ensuring seamless user experiences.- AI-Driven Video Creation: Utilize in-house AI tools for video creation, editing, and voice integration to produce high-quality content efficiently.- Content Production: Generate new video content (50%) and optimize existing videos for AR/VR exposure (50%).- AI Assistant Development: Collaborate on the development of AI assistants that can respond to user queries and display relevant videos in AR/VR environments.- Content Strategy: Identify and create the type of content needed for AR/VR support, ensuring it meets user needs and enhances their experience.- Technical Expertise: Apply technical AI knowledge to video production processes, ensuring the effective use of AI tools.- Collaboration with Product Teams: Work closely with product teams to determine how AI should be integrated into products, including writing prompts and testing experiences.- User Experience Testing: Regularly use AR/VR headsets to audit and improve the user experience, ensuring the content is helpful and user-friendly.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
