Job: Business AnalystDuration: 6–8-month contract to potential extensionPay Rate: $35/hr - $38/hrLocation: RemoteJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Healthcare Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gathering and translating business requirements to technical specifications, writing user stories, as well as experience in ETL development and product management. Key Responsibilities: -Gather Business Requirements: Engage with business stakeholders to collect and document detailed business requirements. -Translate Business Needs: Convert business requirements into comprehensive artifacts such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs). -User Story Creation: Develop user stories in CA Rally to guide the development process. -ETL Development: Participate in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) development using Snowflake, Python, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Databricks. -ETL Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of ETL processes. -Deployment Process: Assist in the deployment process using Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) methodologies. -Product Management: Support product management activities during the warranty period to ensure product stability and customer satisfaction.Must Haves:-4+ years of experience as a business analyst -Healthcare experience -Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements. -Strong skills in translating business needs into technical documentation. -Proficiency in creating user stories -Understanding of ETL development using Snowflake, Python, ADF, and Databricks. Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
