Compensation Analyst - Insight GlobalABOUT THIS ROLEThe Insight Global Compensation Team is responsible for setting, supporting, and administering processes and policies related to compensation and incentive management. The department is comprised of a team that processes weekly commission payouts and quarterly/annual bonus payments, distributes yearly LTI statements, tracks sales and recruiting contest standings, completes salary changes and benchmarking studies, and provides support to the sales and recruiting organizations regarding spread & commission questions among other responsibilities.WHAT YOU'LL DO• Assist in the analysis, documentation and administration of compensation and incentive programs• Provide weekly compensation standings and/or update weekly compensation dashboards• Compile monthly accounting accrual estimates for quarterly and end of year bonuses• Ensure accurate and timely incentive compensation payments on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis• Develop techniques for compiling, preparing, and presenting compensation data and performance• Administer weekly compensation updates to account for title or organizational changes that may impact compensation• Support and oversee new compensation structures introduced by the organization, including those for international staffing• Support and assist field employees with questions, reports, and training• Projects as directed by managementWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred• Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office products required• Experience with data analytics is a plus.
