Insight Global is seeking Tier 2 Customer Support Specialists for our client in the financial services industry. In this role, you will:• Handle approximately 25-30 calls per day from clients with general questions about their IRA accounts, distributions, and transaction processes.• Work onsite in El Paso, 5 days per week.• Provide exceptional customer service and de-escalate challenging situations.• Utilize your flexibility to interact directly with clients, network, research, and resolve operational issues.Must Haves:- 3-5 years high volume call center experience- 2 years financial service experience- desire to lead and direct clients properly- experience with customer de-escalation- excellent customer service skills- experience with excel, windows, and outlook• This position is a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension.
