About Us: Insight Global is seeking to hire a Customer Success Manager to join one of our clients here in Indianapolis, IN. Our client is a leading centrifuge maintenance & repair company dedicated to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients.Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. This candidate will help lead the Customer Success Group (CSG) and partner with the Vice Presidents of Sales and Marketing on strategies to grow aftersales business as well as interface with marketing partners.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success and people management.• Proven experience in managing performance KPIs and achieving targets.• Strong leadership and team management skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.• Proficiency in customer success software and tools; ideally Dynamics CRMCompensation: $80,000 - $100,000 base salary range. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
