Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.Location: 5 days per week onsite - 2057 Valleydale Road, Birmingham, AL 35244Work Hours: 8-5pmQualifications:• 2 + years of financial services or insurance industry experience.• Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal & management skills.• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word & Power point).Plusses:• Experience with Redtail/CRM• Completed bachelor's degree• Life and Health Licensed, Series 65Position Responsibilities: The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who enjoys building relationships and who knows how to follow through with sales opportunities while providing superior client service and always putting clients first. They will be expected to employ strong problem solving skills to build retirement plans and bring on new business. Other daily, weekly, and/or monthly tasks may include:• Prepare, present and implement customized financial plans.• Assist clients with annuities, life, long-term care & managed money.• Provide financial planning advice to include investment, insurance & retirement.• Develop, manage and retain strong client relationships.• Work alongside team members and other advisors to improve processes and procedures.• Assist Executive leadership with meeting individual and team goals.
